Create sub-categories for different audience/clusters

When creating blogs, some companies, would like to have a tab or a clickable category, where the users can find relevant information, based on their role .e.g "parents", "students", "tutors" / "teachers" and etc.

Hence, can we enable the option to create categories please and then the system will populate the relevant details
